late night friend

This blog still feels like a familiar space, even though i was away for some time.

It’s almost midnight. i’m sipping cinnamon/ginger tea and reflecting about life.

So much has happened since my last visit. I could share so much, create endlessly.
And at the same time, I don’t feel the pressing need to share.

3,5 days of dry fasting put me into a state of … contentment.

Things bother me less.

My mind is still telling me a lot of stories about endless to-do lists.

But my body is at peace.

And in that I trust.

It was new moon yesterday.

How synchronistically beautiful I chose my fast to end on a new moon.

I was surprised about my mental clarity during the fast, whereas in fact I tapped into the new moon energy!
I planned out my travels / accommodation etc. for the next 3 months.

I planned my refeeding phase after fast and transition into a keto diet.

I did tons of documentation and data collection.

And today my own moon cycle began.

How naturally one phase transitions into another.

I love being a woman and being so sensitive to my innate nature

and as a result to the external cosmic reflections of me.
